About GoodaNuff

Our Story

GoodaNuff didn't start as a business plan or a catchy brand name. It started with a fence.

Years ago, my husband was helping his brother build a fence. Like most home projects, there were plenty of moments where things didn't go exactly as planned. Instead of chasing perfection, they'd step back, look at their work, laugh, and say, "That's GoodaNuff."

It wasn't an excuse to do sloppy work or take shortcuts. It was a reminder that not everything has to be flawless to have value. If it was built well, served its purpose, and they could be proud of it, then it was GoodaNuff.

That simple phrase came home with us.

Before long, every project around our house had its own "GoodaNuff" moment. Whether we were building, fixing, painting, or checking another project off the list, it became our reminder that progress mattered more than perfection. We didn't have to make everything perfect—we just had to keep moving forward.

Then, in 2025, something changed.

I realized GoodaNuff had become so much more than a phrase we used during home projects.

It had become something I was telling myself.

Life has a way of making us question whether we're doing enough, achieving enough, or even being enough. During some of my toughest moments, I found myself coming back to those simple words: I'm GoodaNuff.

Not perfect.

Not finished.

Just GoodaNuff to keep going.

Some days, GoodaNuff means giving your best. Other days, it means giving yourself grace. Sometimes it simply means saying, "This is GoodaNuff for now," knowing you'll learn, improve, and try again tomorrow.

That mindset changed how I looked at everything—not just projects around the house, but my work, my relationships, my kids Wrestling, my goals, and everyday life.

I stopped waiting for the perfect time.

I stopped believing everything had to be flawless before it was worthy.

I started believing that showing up matters.

That's when I knew GoodaNuff wasn't just a family saying anymore. It was a message worth sharing.

Today, GoodaNuff is a reminder for anyone who's ever doubted themselves, waited until they felt "ready," or believed they had to be perfect before taking the next step.

You don't have to have it all figured out.

You don't have to do everything perfectly.

You just have to keep showing up.

Because perfection isn't what connects us.

Progress does.

And at the end of the day, being GoodaNuff is more than enough.

So as we continue to grow, we invite you to evolve with us. Whether you're tackling a home project, learning a new skill, chasing a dream, or simply trying to make it through a difficult season, you're welcome here.

This journey isn't about having all the answers. It's about showing up, learning, growing, and encouraging one another along the way.

So wherever you are today, remember this:

Be brave enough to begin. Be humble enough to learn. Be kind enough to give yourself grace.

And above all…

Be GoodaNuff.
